NÚCLEO WILL UPGRADE THE VOICE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM - ARGOS SYSTEM - FOR THE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AT ADOLFO SUAREZ MADRID BARAJAS AIRPORT

AENA keeps relying on Núcleo de Comunicaciones y Control - Amper Group solutions with the upgrade and modernization of the communications management systems at Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport. Núcleo-Amper Group has a broad experience emerged from having developed, installed and maintained for more than 10 years the ARGOS system at Madrid Airport which is currently in operation.

The solution provided by Núcleo-Amper Group consists of replacing the ARGOS communications management system of Núcleo, which is currently in operation by the new Ulises V5000i SCV system.

The equipment to be installed by Núcleo-Amper Group is based on the ULISES V5000i system which, being the fifth generation of the product, manages critical ground/air and ground/ground communications for operators in all air traffic management environments.

This experience that Núcleo-Amper Group offers to AENA is key to carry out a gradual transition towards the new system without interrupting the airport's operations, since both systems have to coexist during the execution phases of the project.

The technological affiliate of the Amper Group has a wide experience in the aeronautical communications sector, being a leader at a national level and a reference at an international level.
